Responsibilities

As a swim instructor, you will teach students of all ages in accordance with the British Swim School aquatics program. We can train anyone on how to teach, but the following are needed:

• You need to be a swimmer with understanding of all four strokes and an appreciation for water
• You should love working with children and seeing them progress
• You should be upbeat and ready to enjoy having fun at work; having fun is encouraged
• This is a year-round position; we are looking for longer-term employees (not a summer job)
• Be able to work weekend mornings (Saturday or Sunday or both) from 8:30am–2:00pm
• Be able to start weekdays at 3:30pm
• Reliable transportation to any area locations

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience with children is helpful but not required if you demonstrate the right attitude. Training in our advanced British Swim School approach is provided.
