Job summary

Stateline Family YMCA is seeking a friendly Swim Instructor to build confidence in learners of all ages. Pay ranges $12.00-$13.00 per hour and you'll guide students in water safety, stroke basics, and fun, supportive lessons.

As part of our aquatics team, you'll create a positive learning environment, adapt to different ages and abilities, and contribute to a strong, safe YMCA community.

Aquatics (Swim Instructor)

Pay Range $12.00-13.00

Help build confidence, teach life‑saving skills, and inspire a lifelong love of the water.

As a Swim Instructor, you'll do more than teach swim lessons—you'll help children and adults gain confidence, develop new skills, and stay safe in and around the water. Every lesson is an opportunity to encourage, motivate, and make a lasting impact while creating a fun and supportive learning environment.
