We are currently seeking a Swim Instructor to service an indoor swimming pool at a high-end retail company's headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for pool guests.
• Coach and support classes and programs as needed.
• Provide emergency services when necessary.
• Enforce all policies regarding proper use of the pool and pool area.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the pool area.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Maintain a “Member is #1” perspective.
• Always serve guests with a smile and positive attitude.
• Use polite language (“please” and “thank you”) and foster a welcoming environment, even when delivering unfavorable news.

Requirements:

• Six months of experience as a swim instructor.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college attendance preferred.
• Current swim instructor certification, CPR/AED/First Aid (Adult and Pediatric).
• Strong organizational, communication, and service skills.
