Job summary

SafeSplash is looking for enthusiastic swim instructors to teach lessons using the SafeSplash curriculum in a positive and engaging way. You will work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced.

You will provide feedback to help students improve, keep a safe, clean, and organized environment, and communicate progress to families. Training and development opportunities are provided, with growth within a national brand.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid (adult, child, infant) and AED certification.
• Lifeguard certification required.
• Prior teaching, coaching, or childcare experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Training in the SafeSplash curriculum is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Teach swim lessons following the SafeSplash® curriculum in a positive and engaging way.
• Work with swimmers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
• Provide feedback to help students improve and gain confidence.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment.
• Communicate with families about student progress.

Qualifications

• CPR-PR/AED and First Aid certification (adult, child, infant).
• Prior teaching, coaching, or childcare experience preferred.
• Lifeguard certification.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Training in the SafeSplash® curriculum is provided.
• Ability to work some days in the morning (Tuesday and/or Saturday, Sunday).
