Job summary

Imagine in Antioch, IL is hiring a Warehouse Order Picker to pick, pack, and prepare finished goods for shipment. You will follow procedures to ensure accurate inventory, label outbound orders, and enter shipments into the manifesting system.

The role includes replenishing lines and supporting cycle counts while maintaining a safe, clean workspace. Responsibilities also include quality checks against pick lists, proper packaging, and assisting with inventory control whenever needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing of finished goods orders.
• Quality checking of picked materials against supplied pick list.
• Proper packaging of items, including making customized boxes, crates, and other shipping containers, selecting the proper cushioning material.
• Proper labeling of outbound orders.
• Enter orders into manifesting system for shipment.
• Follow correct processes and procedures to maintain accurate client inventory.
• Replenish pick lines and put away newly received product.
• Assist with cycle counts and location audits as required.
• Notify inventory control of any damaged product found within the facility.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by keep shelves, warehouse aisles, and workstations neat; maintain clean packaging and shipping supply area and comply with all procedures and rules.
• Other duties as assigned.
