Job summary
Synechron seeks an experienced SWIFT Support Engineer in Charlotte, NC to support SWIFT applications, infrastructure and services within the SWIFT Technology Services team. The role involves Agile-based development, automation, deployment to production, and on-call rotation.
Base salary ranges from $100k to $110k per year, with benefits. The candidate will work across SWIFTNet, FIN, Interact or FileAct environments, and collaborate with vendors and technology teams to ensure secure, compliant
Qualifications
- Experience with SWIFT services such as SWIFTNet, FIN, Interact or FileAct.
- Experience in an Agile Scrum team.
- Experience with CI/CD, AI and automation.
- Knowledge of SWIFT software products and standards.
Responsibilities
- Work in Agile environment and document technical solutions.
- Lead or perform analysis, development, and automation tasks.
- Manage projects and deploy to production with change control.
- Ensure quality, security and compliance for SWIFT services.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
