Job summary
Synechron is seeking a SWIFT technologist in Charlotte to develop and deliver complex SWIFT-related requirements. The role ensures SWIFT software is installed, configured, and supported to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance needs, with knowledge of multiple SWIFT services and messaging formats.
You will contribute to delivery lifecycle, refine stories, and guide estimating efforts while maintaining quality through testing and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in installing patches, maintaining, troubleshooting and testing SWIFT products.
- Knowledge of SWIFT messaging formats and protocols.
- Strong communication (written, verbal, visuals) and listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team to deliver business results.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to story refinement and requirement definitions.
- Estimate work for delivering stories per acceptance criteria.
- Perform proof of concept to mitigate risk or test new ideas.
- Implement solutions and unit test per requirements and compliance.
- Contribute to test suites and analyze results to triage issues.
- Document and communicate deployment, maintenance, and business functionality details.
