Pavement Preservation Group is seeking a Sweeper Operator to operate street‑sweeping equipment on assigned routes in Tolleson, AZ, helping keep streets, parking lots, and public areas clean and safe.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, a clean CDL A, and the ability to operate heavy equipment safely, with flexibility for travel and varying hours. Benefits include health, dental, 401(k), and paid training.

A Sweeper Operator is responsible for operating street‑sweeping equipment to clean streets, parking lots, and public areas. This role helps maintain safe, clean, and attractive roadway conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate street sweeper vehicles along assigned routes
• Remove dirt, debris, litter, and leaves from streets and gutters
• Perform basic equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• Dispose of collected debris at approved locations
• Follow traffic laws and safety procedures
• Assist with other public works tasks as needed

Requirements

• 2 Year plus of experience
• Clean CDL A Required. (clean driving record)
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely
• Ability to work independently and in various weather conditions

Experience Operating Paving Or Heavy Construction Equipment Preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Able to travel and work flexible hours as required
• Must pass drug testing
