NGL Energy Partners LP is seeking a SWD Operator to oversee daily operations of Salt Water Disposal facilities and pipelines across multiple sites. The role involves monitoring pumps, reporting data, and performing minor repairs to maintain uptime.
Travel to SWD sites is required, with a focus on safety, accurate reporting, and coordination with the Operations team for maintenance and inspections. A valid driver’s license and 4 years in oil and gas are preferred.
The SWD Operator is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and communicating the daily operations of Water Solutions facilities and pipelines. This position travels to multiple salt water disposal (SWD) sites to ensure optimal functionality of pumps and other equipment, and to capture and report on relevant data. In addition, the SWD Operator troubleshoots and makes minor repairs.
Overall, the SWD Operator is a key owner in ensuring fully operational SWD pipelines and equipment with minimal downtime.

There is frequent travel to SWD locations within an assigned region. Out of town travel is limited. Requires the ability to travel to a variety of field locations, where environment may vary significantly, within a geographic region.
