Job summary

NGL Energy Partners LP is seeking a SWD Operator to oversee daily operations of Salt Water Disposal facilities and pipelines across multiple sites. The role involves monitoring pumps, reporting data, and performing minor repairs to maintain uptime.

Travel to SWD sites is required, with a focus on safety, accurate reporting, and coordination with the Operations team for maintenance and inspections. A valid driver’s license and 4 years in oil and gas are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license.
• 4 years of oil & gas experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor SWD facilities and pipelines.
• Travel to multiple SWD sites and report on data and conditions.
• Perform daily rounds of equipment and injections wells maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs; coordinate field repairs.
• Generate daily facility reports and communicate issues to management.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to all policies.
