Job summary

NGL Energy Partners’ Water Solutions division is seeking an experienced SWD Operator in Orla, TX to monitor daily operations of salt water disposal facilities and pipelines, perform inspections, and report conditions. The role requires travel to site locations, troubleshooting minor repairs, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Strong communication and 3+ years in oil and gas are essential. Responsibilities include recording PSIs, generating daily reports, and coordinating with the Operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of driving experience and clean driving record.
• Oilfield operations knowledge including pipelines and salt water disposal facilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily SWD facility and pipeline operations and communicate with the Manager.
• Generate daily reports tracking volumes and oil sales; log process conditions.
• Record well PSIs daily and document equipment status.
• Make rounds to multiple facilities to ensure proper operation of truck offloads and disposal equipment.
• Coordinate and assist with field equipment repairs and leak/ spill cleanup as needed.
