Job summary

TileBar is seeking a Warehouse- Samples Swatch Associate in New Jersey. The role involves processing and packing orders, counting inventory, labeling swatches, and ensuring samples are ready for shipment. Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm, with some weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities include handling swatches, labeling, PPE usage, inventory tracking, and coordinating with the warehouse team to fulfill orders accurately and timely. Benefits are offered as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse organization procedures.
• Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Able to lift and move heavy merchandise.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Employment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check.
• Excellent computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle, organize, and prepare sample swatches for distribution.
• Prepare swatches for distribution by cutting, labeling, packaging.
• Wear PPE while performing tasks.
• Track swatch inventory in the warehouse.
• Assist teams by selecting appropriate swatches per requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouse team to maintain inventory and fulfill orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
