Partner Company is seeking a senior leader to build and scale a comprehensive trust services business. This remote role offers significant ownership and cross-functional influence to drive growth across fiduciary services and client engagement.

You will develop a multi-year strategy, own revenue and budgets, monitor KPIs, and partner with external trust companies. You will also serve as a trust SME, crafting tailored solutions for clients and advisors while guiding the team through influence

Competenze

• 12+ years in trust, estate, or private wealth services.
• Knowledge of directed trusts and multi-state considerations.
• Ability to influence and lead across functions.
