Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a Senior SVP, Technology PMO to serve as the operational backbone of the Technology organization, connecting strategy, execution, budgeting, and business outcomes. This role leads enterprise-scale programs and portfolio governance across our nationwide teams.

The successful candidate will build a high-performing PMO, develop program managers, and establish scalable tools and delivery practices while aligning technology investments with measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology program management, portfolio management, transformation, consulting, or technology delivery.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs and portfolios.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight capabilities.
• Excellent executive governance, coordination, and collaborator management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear priorities and actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the coordinated portfolio of technology programs, projects, and central initiatives.
• Establish consistent governance, planning standards, and operating rhythms.
• Maintain access to priorities, timelines, achievements, dependencies, risks, resources, and outcomes.
• Drive execution across cross-functional initiatives with rapid issue resolution.
• Maintain a consolidated technology roadmap and support prioritization and sequencing.
