Qualifications

15+ years of experience in technology program management or portfolio management.
Experience leading enterprise-scale technology programs and portfolios.
Robust experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
Strong executive governance, coordination, and collaboration skills.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear priorities and actions.
Financial services or regulated-industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the coordinated portfolio of Technology programs and central initiatives.
Establish governance, planning standards, and operating rhythms.
Maintain access to priorities, timelines, achievements, dependencies, risks, resources, and outcomes.
Drive execution across cross-functional initiatives and resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a consolidated Technology roadmap and support prioritization decisions.
Provide clear reporting on portfolio, financial, and execution performance.
Lead technology budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
