• 10+ years of software engineering and architecture experience in financial services.
• 4+ years in senior leadership or lead architect roles guiding distributed teams.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise digital transformations.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture for the global XVA platform with modularity and ultra-low latency.
• Lead modernization of pricing and risk pipelines using cloud-native tech across AWS/GCP/OpenShift.
• Architect AI enablement with Agentic AI, Multi-Agent workflows and MLOps pipelines.
• Partner with Quants, traders and risk officers to translate models into scalable production software.
