Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership in supply chain or operations management, preferably in wood products or building materials.
• Experience in scaling high-performing fulfillment teams across multiple geographic sites.
• Ability to design and optimize manufacturing and distribution systems leveraging data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fulfillment of Cambium’s wood offerings across the national network.
• Work cross-functionally to inform physical product strategy.
• Establish and enforce quality control and assurance protocols across sites.
