Job summary

BBVA seeks a highly experienced professional to join the Debt Advisory team within the Investment Banking & Finance vertical in New York. The role focuses on elevating client dialogue, structuring securitized and infrastructure deals, and coordinating with rating agencies to optimize outcomes.

Responsibilities include collaboration with product partners, cross‑team interaction, and presenting complex concepts to clients and stakeholders. English fluency required; Spanish welcome.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of relevant experience in debt advisory or related area.
• Strong background in securitized products and infrastructure transactions for US market.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Elevate strategic dialogue with clients in a senior investor-facing capacity.
• Liaise with rating agencies to optimize structures and rating outcomes.
• Collaborate with product partners to originate and execute deals across IB&F.
• Interact with cross-functional teams including Client Coverage, Project Finance and DCM.
