Job summary

Citi is seeking a Strategic Business Execution Lead, SVP, in Schaumburg, IL. You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, Risk, Operations, Technology, HR, Marketing, and Partnerships to drive governance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.

The role demands translating complex financial and operational data into actionable insights and executive-level communications, while leading cross-functional programs to optimize performance and governance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial services experience in business management or strategic execution.
• Experience coordinating complex, global initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis, budgeting, resource allocation, and forecasting.
• Ability to translate financial data into compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership audiences.
• Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures, under pressure, with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Establish, coordinate, and facilitate MORs, QBRs, and senior leadership forums.
• Lead monthly forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and variance analysis across all expense categories.
• Author executive briefing decks and strategic communications for leadership.
• Drive cross-functional programs spanning Marketing, Credit & Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, and Partners.
• Oversee annual planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management processes.
