Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the second line Controls Assurance Program.
• Own the annual and multi-year assurance strategy and plan.
• Provide oversight to the Controls Assurance Team leader.
• Review quality and consistency of assurance delivery and conclusions.
• Lead alignment with first line testing and other control functions.
• Provide independent oversight of the overall control environment.
• Synthesize assurance results into enterprise-wide themes and priorities.
• Guide use of data analytics and AI with governance and human oversight.
