Job summary

Avoq seeks a seasoned SVP of Research & Integrated Analytics to lead the Insights team, shaping research, analytics, reporting and intelligence programs. You will drive strategic measurement frameworks, monetize AI-powered solutions, and guide client engagements with data-driven storytelling and high-impact recommendations.

You will mentor teams, advance innovative analytics methodologies, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure growth and client value across industries.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience in integrated communications marketing / pr firms, public affairs agencies, research firms, public policy organizations, political campaigns, or government.
• Ability to translate high-level strategic plans into actionable projects with timelines, budgets, and reporting.
• Experience creating robust reporting dashboards or data visualization tools.
• Experience supporting senior clients (C-Suite) in fast-moving, complex scenarios.
• Demonstrates ethical, collaborative leadership with a proactive, positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Partner with growth and capability leaders to craft client solutions.
• Help refine go-to-market strategy for AIP business.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to drive strategic data initiatives.
• Identify opportunities across existing clients and new prospects for AIP capabilities.
• Lead pitches, influence RFP responses, and develop integrated solutions.
