Avōq is seeking a proven, intellectually curious, forward-looking research & analytics leader to head the Audience Intelligence & Performance (AIP) team. This Senior VP will design, manage, and deliver research engagements, analytics, and intelligence projects for clients, driving growth and actionable insights.

Collaborating across the firm, the SVP will build measurement frameworks, monetize AI-powered solutions, and guide a suite of proprietary AI-powered intelligence products.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading research and analytics at a senior level.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable client insights.
• Experience designing and delivering integrated analytics programs and dashboards.
• Strong track record of guiding cross-functional teams and managing client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with growth and capability leaders to craft client solutions.
• Refine and execute go-to-market strategy for analytics products and services.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders as a consultative partner.
• Collaborate to identify opportunities across existing and new clients for AIP capabilities.
• Support RFP responses and lead pitches with integrated solutions across departments.
• Develop thought leadership and innovative analytics solutions to position clients at industry forefront.
