• Improve productivity and efficiency of engineering teams through process optimisation, automation and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to provide timely performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Monitor timelines, resource utilisation, and budgets to ensure delivery within constraints.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline workflows and implement process enhancements.
• Foster knowledge sharing and cross-training to enhance skills and resilience.
• Drive accountability and ensure deliverables meet milestones.
• Collaborate with product managers to align priorities with business objectives.
• Identify risks and mitigate impact on timelines and deliverables.
• Support incident management to minimise downtime and improve resolution time.
• Stay updated on SDLC trends and apply best practices to enhance performance.
• Promote diversity and inclusion within the Production Management department.
• Support recruitment efforts with HR and participate in interviews.
• Build relationships with external vendors and manage SLAs.
• Regularly report to management on team performance and progress.
