• Proven track record growing an analytics practice and managing P&Ls.

• Lead executive client growth and strategy with Fortune 50 clients.
• Shaped IP, packaging, and pricing for intelligence products; led major proposals.
• Architect agency-wide data governance and AI strategy across the organization.
• Oversee transformation of bespoke solutions into scalable, automated offerings.
