Qualifications

• 14+ years leading data infra, analytics, or data engineering in senior roles.
• Proven multi-million analytics practice growth with P&L responsibility.
• Executive presence to translate tech into strategic business imperatives.
• Deep familiarity with social listening tools and modern data stacks.
• Proven ability to scale analytics and engineering teams across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and growth strategy for analytics.
• Advise Fortune 50 clients on marketing tech, AI adoption, and data maturity.
• Shape IP, packaging, and pricing of intelligence products and pitches.
• Represent the firm as an industry authority on data architecture and AI governance.
• Lead enterprise architecture, measurement, and AI innovation.
• Oversee scalable IP offerings and bespoke client solutions.
• Define goals, KPIs, and measurement methodologies for deliverables.
• Direct vendor partnerships, cloud investments, and data governance.
• Co-lead Insights & Analytics org and manage VP/Director-level leaders.
• Collaborate across Planning, Strategy, Content, Communications, Ops, Accounts.
