Job summary

Bridge33 Capital LLC is looking for a Senior Vice President of Leasing to lead leasing strategies across a diverse portfolio in Seattle. This role focuses on driving portfolio value and maximizing occupancy.

With 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in retail, the ideal candidate will recruit and mentor a high-performing leasing team and work closely with the Asset Management team to meet investor goals. Excellent compensation and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate leasing experience.
• Experience in retail assets highly preferred.
• Passion for managing and developing high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing strategies across portfolio and maximize occupancy.
• Develop asset-specific leasing strategies.
• Mentor and manage internal leasing team.
