Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Milwaukee is seeking a Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance to act as a strategic partner to the Division President and work closely with the CFO to drive financial stewardship, capital allocation, and profitable growth for a major division.

You will lead division-level accounting and finance teams, shape FP&A and financial modeling, and partner with multi-unit operations to support strong execution and compliant governance in a dynamic, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

Kforce's client in the Milwaukee area is looking for a Senior Vice President in Accounting and Finance. This executive will serve as a strategic business partner to the Division President and work extensively with CFO to ensure strong financial stewardship, disciplined capital allocation, and continued profitable growth for a division of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally within the exhibition, entertainment, hospitality, retail, or other multi unit consumer facing industries
• Demonstrated experience leading division level accounting and finance organizations within a larger corporate or publicly traded environment
• Working Conditions: Onsite
• Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and business partnership capabilities

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
