Job summary

Kforce has a client in Milwaukee, WI seeking a Controller. The Controller is the senior accounting leader responsible for leading and improving the financial close, control, and reporting environment while guiding working capital, cost management, and business investment.

This role owns the integrity of GL, revenue recognition, inventory and cost accounting, and cash-focused working capital management, reporting to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting or equivalent.
• 8+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Working Conditions: Mainly onsite; Some remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and continuously improve the financial close, control, and reporting processes.
• Provide financial leadership across working capital, cost management, and business investment.
• Ensure integrity of the general ledger, revenue recognition, inventory and cost accounting, and cash-focused working capital management.

This role owns the integrity of the general ledger, revenue recognition, inventory and cost accounting, and cash-focused working capital management. This position reports to the CFO.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting or equivalent
• 8+ years of accounting experience with roles increasing in responsibility
• Manufacturing experience
• Working Conditions: Mainly onsite; Some remote opportunity

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
