Job summary
iCapital is seeking a Head of Research and Market Development to build and lead its market intelligence function. You will translate market dynamics into strategic recommendations that strengthen iCapital’s competitive position in private markets, wealth management, and fintech.
In this role you will partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and international leaders to drive growth, governance, and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in market research or related fields in financial services.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience building and leading market intelligence teams.
- Deep understanding of private markets and wealth management.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead centralized market intelligence function.
- Develop scalable research, dashboards, and executive briefings.
- Serve as central resource for market research and external relationships.
- Monitor trends across investments, fintech, wealth, and distribution.
- Produce landscape assessments and opportunity analyses.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategy for growth.
- Identify emerging opportunities and platform differentiation.
- Design primary research initiatives and deliver strategic recommendations.
