The Job:

As the Senior Vice President, Managing Director at Blue Hour Studios, you will spearhead all client relationships, driving revenue growth and inform the evolution of our product offerings. This leadership role demands a passion for social, influencer, media, and creativity, requiring you to cultivate strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities. You will inspire and guide client-facing teams, ensuring exceptional service, drive business outcomes for our clients and operational excellence.

Description & Responsibilities:

  • Champion Client Success & Drive Business Impact: Serve as the executive sponsor for all client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering trust, and cultivating long-term partnerships that drive mutual growth.
  • Fuel Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships and actively contribute to new business development initiatives in collaboration with agency leadership.
  • Evolve Blue Hour’s Product: Possess a deep understanding of the evolving social landscape and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our existing services and develop innovative new products and solutions that meet the future needs of our clients.
  • Inspire and Lead: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to client-facing teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture that values innovation, accountability, and performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the efficient and effective delivery of client work, ensuring projects are on strategy, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with senior leaders to define and execute the agency's strategic roadmap, contributing to overall business planning and growth initiatives.
  • Industry Authority: Stay at the forefront of social media trends, platform updates, influencer marketing best practices, and emerging technologies, sharing insights and perspectives internally and externally.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal teams, including creative, strategy, media, and the broader Horizon Media Holdings agencies, to ensure integrated and impactful client solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 20 years of progressive leadership experience within advertising agencies, with a significant focus on social media, influencer marketing, and digital content
  • Proven track record for directly driving revenue, significantly growing client relationships, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem solving skills
  • Deep passion for and understanding of the social media ecosystem, influencer landscape, digital media, and creative.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, relationships, and tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Extreme attention to detail

Salary Range

$230,000.00 - $500,000.00

A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
