You will partner with senior leaders, guide risk strategy, and drive efficiency through AI and technology while managing external counsel and department budget. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel and requires a JD, a state bar license, and 12+ years of

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active state bar license.
• 12+ years leading complex, high-stakes litigation.
• Experience with government investigations, antitrust, IP and labor/employment matters.
• Advising C-suite on legal strategy and risk mitigation.
• Experience managing outside counsel and legal budgets.
• Proven leadership and succession planning within legal teams.
• Experience driving AI adoption in a legal function.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a large in-house litigation team and select outside counsel.
• Set strategy for Government Investigations, Antitrust, IP and DIG matters.
• Partner with senior business leaders and the GC on risk and strategy.
• Oversee budget, resources, and workforce planning across the unit.
• Drive adoption of AI and technology to improve quality and cost-effectiveness.
