What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the trusted advisor for high-net-worth individuals and families, delivering customized wealth management strategies and comprehensive financial planning.
- Take ownership of an established client base while deepening relationships through exceptional service and proactive advice.
- Develop sophisticated planning recommendations across investments, retirement, tax strategies, estate planning, charitable giving, education funding, lending, and cash flow management.
- Lead engaging client meetings, present thoughtful recommendations, and confidently guide clients through important financial decisions.
- Monitor portfolio performance and proactively recommend strategic adjustments aligned with clients’ evolving goals, life events, and market conditions.
- Collaborate closely with investment professionals, attorneys, accountants, and other trusted advisors to deliver integrated planning solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans, investment proposals, and customized presentations for both existing and prospective clients.
- Oversee the client experience from onboarding through ongoing relationship management, ensuring a seamless, responsive, and high-touch service model.
- Help grow the practice by expanding existing relationships through referrals, community involvement, and strategic networking with centers of influence (COIs).
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience serving high-net-worth clients within a wealth management, private wealth, or financial planning environment.
- CFP® designation or another advanced wealth management credential strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to grow a practice while becoming the next leader of a highly respected office.
- A relationship-focused advisor who naturally builds trust, communicates with confidence, and delivers thoughtful, comprehensive planning advice.
- Strong expertise in investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, insurance, and complex financial planning concepts.
- Very Competitive base salary + bonus structure. Guaranteed compensation level while slowly converting a revenue based payout on top of base salary to allow for further compensation growth.
