Job summary

CBB Bank - Commonwealth Business Bank is seeking a Senior VP Information Security Officer to lead the bank’s information security program, governance, and risk management. You will drive strategy, policies, and controls, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

You will report to executive management and the Board, oversee incident response, third-party risks, and security training, and coordinate with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or cybersecurity.
• 7+ years in information security with leadership.
• Experience in banking/regulatory requirements (GLBA, FFIEC) and audits.
• Professional certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the information security program and governance.
• Lead cyber resilience and incident response activities.
• Oversee third-party and cloud security risk management.
• Report risk and program performance to executives and the board.
