Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in HOA Account Servicing.
• Ability to work virtually.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Verify CIP and CDD for accounts.
• Open checking, money market, and CDs.
• Input new accounts into core system and submit packages for review.
• Supersede signature cards and other documents.
• Perform account closures.
• Communicate with HOA Senior Account Servicing Specialists, Analysts, and Team Lead.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Regional Account Executives as needed.
• Perform account maintenance and ensure policy compliance.
