The role requires 17+ years in hedge fund administration, strong leadership, and proven ability to scale operations while maintaining regulatory compliance and superior client service.

Qualifications

• 17+ years of Hedge Fund Administration experience with NAV calculations, controls, and client management.
• Leadership experience at AVP/VP/SVP levels in global fund services.
• Strong understanding of hedge fund structures, derivatives, and valuation methodologies.
• Expertise in business transformation, automation, and process reengineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Hedge Fund Accounting strategy for India in alignment with global Fund Services leadership.
• Lead large, multi-location teams across multiple locations, ensuring optimal workforce planning and scalability.
• Oversee migration planning, talent acquisition, and capability development of senior managers and managers.
• Develop and execute automation and transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy of service delivery.
• Drive governance across teams with audit readiness and regulatory adherence.
