Qualifications

• Advanced degree in public health, health services research, health policy, epidemiology, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership in health research or related sectors.
• Nationally recognized expertise in health sciences and leadership of large multidisciplinary portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Sciences department with strategy, client relationships, delivery, and budgeting.
• Develop and diversify portfolio to grow federal, state, and nonprofit accounts.
• Maintain trusted senior relationships with clients and partners; ensure scientific quality and fiscal discipline.
• Oversee complex projects, ensure timely delivery and risk management; drive cross‑department bids.
• Lead business development and transition from award to delivery; mentor leaders and staff.
