• Minimum 15 years of progressively increasing leadership responsibilities in research or related environment.
• Experience leading large, multidisciplinary research portfolios with budgets and staff.
• Proven ability to win and deliver complex research, with federal contracts or grants.

Responsibilities

• Lead Health Sciences department strategy, client relationships, project delivery, financial and operational performance, and staffing.
• Develop long-term portfolio strategy to diversify and grow across federal, state, local, foundation, academic, and nonprofit markets.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain senior professionals; foster an inclusive leadership culture.
• Represent NORC externally to clients and professional communities; contribute to NORC-wide strategy and innovation.
