Qualifications

• Extensive pre‑sales leadership or consulting experience in enterprise software.
• Proven ability to build trusted C‑level relationships with CIOs/CTOs and other senior stakeholders.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience leading multi‑phase enterprise transformations and scaling global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Tableau's Global Solution Engineering as a unified global team.
• Position Tableau as the semantic intelligence layer for the AI‑first enterprise.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering to align strategy and roadmap.
• Drive differentiated, industry‑specific value propositions for customers.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and guide digital transformations.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to embed Tableau as a core growth priority.
• Align with product roadmap to enable field to articulate Tableau's value.
• Champion diversity and inclusion while developing leadership continuity.
• Serve as a cultural ambassador and uphold Salesforce values.
