Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Tableau’s Global Solution Engineering organization as a unified global team.
• Champion the Agentic Enterprise vision and semantic intelligence layer for AI-first enterprise adoption.
• Advise senior Tableau and Consumption CoE leadership influencing product strategy and market direction.
• Drive innovative solution-selling strategies aligned to customer needs.
• Build trusted C-level relationships guiding complex digital transformations and business outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to execute growth-focused go-to-market strategies and embed Tableau as a core growth priority.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align to the roadmap and articulate Tableau’s value.
• Champion diversity and inclusion while developing leadership and talent growth.
• Serve as a cultural ambassador for Salesforce values and leadership excellence.
