Job summary

Nscale in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Senior Vice President of Legal (Global Infrastructure & Projects) to lead the legal strategy and execution across our international data centre, real estate, and energy procurement initiatives.

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this role partners with executive leadership, cross‑functional teams, and external counsel to navigate multi‑jurisdictional regulatory landscapes and complex commercial arrangements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years PQE as a lawyer supporting infrastructure, construction, or energy projects.
• Proven track record on large-scale, multi-jurisdictional digital infrastructure developments.
• Deep expertise in commercial real estate and/or construction, regulatory frameworks, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal strategy and execution for global infrastructure and data centre projects.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy, negotiation, and execution of large-scale developments.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, land acquisitions, and permitting processes.
