Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Vice President of Legal (Global Infrastructure Projects) to lead legal strategy and execution for its worldwide portfolio, including real estate, energy procurement, data centre design, and construction. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborates with Data Centre/Projects and AI Infrastructure teams across North America, APAC, UK and EMEA.

Qualifications

15+ years post-qualification experience in infrastructure, construction, or energy projects.
Proven track record leading at executive level and guiding large, multi-jurisdictional deals.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills in complex commercial environments.
Experience managing stakeholders across internal and external partners.
Deep knowledge of regulatory, real estate, and contracting considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead legal strategy and execution for global infrastructure and data centre projects across multiple jurisdictions.
Partner with executive leadership to negotiate and structure large-scale developments.
Advise on land acquisition, regulatory compliance, permitting, and risk management.
Ensure alignment with energy supply arrangements, procurement, and contractual governance.
Manage external counsel across jurisdictions and drive execution with commercial soundness.
