Nscale, a GPU cloud for AI, is hiring a Senior Vice President of Legal (Global Infrastructure & Projects) to shape strategy and execution across international real estate, energy procurement, and data centre ventures. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and partners with AI infrastructure teams to align legal strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

15+ years PQE in infrastructure, construction, or energy projects.
Experience with multi-jurisdictional digital infrastructure developments.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management in executive settings.
Expertise in commercial real estate, regulatory frameworks, and contracting.

Responsibilities

Lead global infrastructure and data centre project law across jurisdictions.
Partner with executives on strategy, negotiation, and execution of large-scale developments in NA, APAC, UK, and EMEA.
Provide commercially oriented legal counsel across the full project lifecycle.
Advise on site selection, land acquisitions, and related transactions.
Oversee regulatory compliance, zoning, and permitting processes.
Lead procurement-related legal work and manage external counsel.
