Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Senior leader to oversee the Global Delivery Network, driving hub economics, budgeting, and routing across nearshore and farshore hubs. You will align funding, monitor capacity, and ensure data-driven decisions that sustain profitable delivery across markets.

You will partner with Finance, Commercial teams and pillar leads, influencing pricing, margins, and capacity planning while maintaining a clear line of authority and rapid decision-making in a complex,

Qualifications

Strong track record in commercial or delivery strategy roles, with direct exposure to pricing, margin, and cost-to-serve models.
Experience designing or running project and process methodology across distributed or global delivery teams.
Comfortable presenting commercial and operational trade-offs to senior executives.

Responsibilities

Own hub economics and cost-to-serve targets across all hubs to ensure consistent profitability.
Budget and funding alignment: manage delivery budgets and reflect funding changes in routing decisions.
Oversee resourcing watchtower: visibility into capacity, utilization, and routing across hubs.
Set and maintain delivery process standards used across hubs for consistent execution.
Own data and delivery success end-to-end within the Global Delivery Network.
