WPP Enterprise Solutions in the United States seeks a SVP, Global Delivery to oversee the network's commercial logic and routing across hubs. You will align budget, capacity, and staffing with market needs.

The role partners with Finance, Hub leads, and pillar teams to ensure cost-to-serve, margins, and delivery standards remain consistent as funds and structures evolve.

You will drive data transparency, implement casting standards, and guide day-to-day decisions across a global network.

Responsabilidades

• Own cost-plus pricing logic and cost-to-serve targets across all hubs.
• Partner with Finance and the commercial team on margin tracking, pricing structures, and the packaging of delivery offerings.
• Flag margin risk transparently when commercial terms and delivery cost assumptions drift apart.
• Own delivery's side of budget and funding cycles, ensuring changes to funding are reflected in hub cost-to-serve and routing decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial on budget planning and hub economics.
• Maintain continuity of delivery data and reporting through budget and funding transitions.
• Own the resourcing watchtower: capacity, cost-to-serve, and routing across hubs.
• Build and maintain hub capacity visibility to base routing on data, not habit.
• Apply casting standards with pillar leads to reflect best fit in routing decisions.
• Retain clarity that the watchtower informs routing decisions; regional leads retain final authority.
• Set and maintain delivery process and project methodology standards across hubs.
• Support onboarding, capacity planning, and closing structural gaps in daily hub operations.
• Translate commercial asks into realistic delivery plans for bids and proposals.
• Own data and delivery success as an accountable outcome across the GDN.
