Spark Foundry in New York is seeking a Senior leader to serve as SVP, Group Client Director and lead a profitable, highly collaborative client partnership. You will manage a team of media practitioners delivering across TV, digital, search, social, and more, shaping strategy and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

You will build senior relationships, set strategic visions, guide performance metrics, and drive cross-functional collaboration with creative, PR, and media partners to achieve

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations and proven performance across media.
• Strong leadership skills and experience fostering a highly productive team with smart management and prioritization.
• Strong client facing and relationship building skills.
• Ability to relate to corporate marketing teams as well as large division teams.
• Experience with high volume performance accounts is a plus.
• Familiar with marketing science principles and problem solving/analytics used to influence a data-driven approach in driving strategy.
• Exemplify collaboration by building and maintaining productive relationships across internal teams and agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Build senior client relationships, regularly conduct in-person and remote client status sessions, relationship management and development opportunities, vision-setting discussions, and collaboration with Field teams.
• Set strategic and tactical vision across agency and client teams.
• Lead integrated marketing strategy across channels and evaluate client health via relevant metrics; propose innovative solutions to meet goals.
• Drive content strategy and execution including paid media, influencers, and social channels.
