Job summary

Spark Foundry, a Publicis Groupe agency in New York, seeks a Senior VP, Group Client Director to lead a profitable account and oversee a team delivering across TV, print, search, digital, mobile, OOH, social, and more.

You will build senior client relationships, set strategic direction, drive content and media strategy, and collaborate with creative, PR and media partners while guiding team development.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience developing strategic media recommendations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent client facing and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with high-volume performance accounts is a plus
• Familiarity with marketing science principles and data-driven strategy
• Proven ability to collaborate across internal teams and agency partners
• Experience in transitioning/new business opportunities is encouraged

Responsibilities

• Build and own senior client relationships with regular status sessions
• Set strategic and tactical vision across agency and client teams
• Drive content strategy and execution including paid media, influencers, and social channels
• Develop collaborative relationships with other client partners (creative, PR, 3P partners)
• Manage team growth, performance reviews, and career development
