Job summary

Csquare seeks a Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel to act as the primary legal adviser on securities compliance, governance, and capital markets. You will work closely with the CEO, Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, and the Board to ensure SEC and Nasdaq requirements are met and to oversee corporate governance practices.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar membership.
• Minimum 6 years practicing securities law, corporate governance, M&A, and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC filings and disclosures (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements) and related reporting.
• Support corporate governance matters, board materials, and secretary duties.
• Advise on capital markets transactions, financing arrangements, and strategic deals.
• Coordinate with Finance, Tax, IR, HR, and External counsel on legal matters.
• Provide pragmatic, business-focused legal guidance to management.
