[Undisclosed Financial Institution] seeks an SVP/Director of Financial Reporting to lead SEC filings, financial statement presentation, MD&A, and disclosures. Direct a small team, coordinate with external auditors, and own the SOX/ICFR program.
The role requires CPA, 8–10+ years of public company experience, and strong US GAAP/SEC knowledge, with a focus on financial institution reporting and equity-compensation disclosures.
We are partnering with a publicly traded financial institution seeking an SVP / Financial Reporting Director to lead its SEC and external financial reporting function. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will oversee a small team and serve as a key technical accounting and reporting resource across the organization.
The Financial Reporting Director will lead the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K and 10-Q, financial statements, footnotes, MD&A and other required disclosures. The role will also oversee SOX-related activities, technical accounting research, accounting policies, equity-based compensation reporting and coordination with the company's external auditors.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical public-company reporting function, work directly with executive leadership and join the organization at the SVP level.
