Program & Transformation Oversight
  • Lead the PMO across process redesign, R2R modernization, controls enhancement, automation, and ERP transformation.
  • Ensure transformations follow automation-first methods (RPA, workflow orchestration, low/no-code solutions).
  • Oversee the Transformation Program Manager to deliver milestones on time and with full transparency.
  • Serve as the senior accounting authority ensuring investor-grade reporting and global compliance.
  • Oversee consolidated reporting, statutory requirements, audits, and enterprise controls frameworks.
  • Partner with senior accounting leaders to modernize and automate reporting pipelines and the close process.
  • Ensure all reporting aligns with board, audit committee, and regulatory expectations.
Operational Accounting & Transactional Integrity
  • Oversee high-volume transactional accounting across P2P, project accounting, cost, inventory, fixed assets, and shared services.
  • Drive standardization, automation, and efficiency across domestic and international accounting hubs.
  • Strengthen P2P automation and Coupa adoption in partnership with Procurement.
Investment Accounting & Multi-Entity Reporting
  • Ensure accurate, transparent investment entity reporting and valuation processes.
  • Oversee intercompany accounting, audit preparation, and integration with corporate close.
  • Build automated reporting pipelines supporting predictable, accelerated close cycles.
  • Oversee the stabilization, modernization, and multi-year reimplementation of D365.
  • Ensure ERP evolves into a strategic, automated, insight-rich platform integrating with Coupa, Snowflake, and other systems.
  • Build governance, QA, test automation, and change management capabilities to support future-state Finance.
  • Harmonize internal controls across Corporate, Operational, and Investment Accounting.
  • Digitize and simplify end-to-end finance processes with built-in controls and automated audit trails.
  • Represent Finance in enterprise risk and governance forums.
Leadership & Talent Development
