Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an experienced executive to lead the Master Data Management (MDM) function, aligning enterprise data strategy with product innovation and corporate priorities.

You will drive governance, stewardship, and platform roadmaps across a matrixed organization in a healthcare data environment. The role requires extensive leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across business units and engineering to deliver scalable data capabilities that support Vizient's

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) or more years of progressive executive leadership experience in Enterprise Data Management or related disciplines.
• Proven experience designing enterprise operating models aligning business, tech, governance and operations.
• Experience as business leader for enterprise data capabilities, partnering with engineering to deliver scalable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Vizient's long-term MDM strategy and roadmap, aligning with priorities and product innovation.
• Define ownership, stewardship, and decision rights across the enterprise within the MDM operating model.
• Build strategic partnerships across Data & Digital, Spend Management, Consulting, and shared services.
• Translate policy into scalable stewardship practices with Enterprise Data Governance.
• Lead by example to drive enterprise transformation and measurable outcomes.
